How do I remove digital content from my gallery?

Photos incorrectly added to your gallery must be reported and deleted using the ‘This Isn’t Me’ or ‘Report Photo’ links found underneath your photo in the content feed.

If you need to remove digital content, simply find the content you wish you delete and select the three dots underneath your content then choose ‘Not Mine’ or ‘Report’ and confirm. This will then delete the content from your feed.

If you’re still on site and this method does not work, then please visit a photo retail counter and one of our staff members will help you.

How do I request my data to be deleted?

To delete your account, simply Select Account Settings from the menu. You will see the option to ’Delete Your Account’. Once confirmed, this will remove your digital content and saved data from our system.
