Adding Content
All photos & videos must be added to accounts by the user on day of capture. Please check you have successfully associated all content before leaving the attraction.
Lost QR cards cannot be replaced after your visit – please ensure you have associated all QR codes to your account and successfully associated all content before leaving the attraction.
Digital content is available for association on the day of visit and to view & purchase for up to 45 days from the date of capture.
There are a number of ways of adding content to your account throughout your visit:
- Scan a QR code – You may see your photo screen has a QR code on it and you can scan this to add your content to your feed in one easy step.
- Self-Association by number – Take the code from the screen that your photo is on and add it to your account via the webapp.
- Speak to a member of staff – Some of our captures have a Photo Team that can help. Make a note of your ride, time & code and ask a Team member before you leave the attraction.
I can’t see my purchased content from previous visits
When a photo is captured, it is only stored digitally for a fixed amount of time. It is the guest’s responsibility to download their purchased digital content to their chosen device within 45 days of the photo being taken.
Any photos & videos not redeemed within this timeframe will not be available to view and download as per our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
This decision ensures your privacy is protected but that you have adequate time to purchase & download your content. If the retention period has now passed, we are unable to recover your digital content.
Printed photos can be purchased from site at the photo retail counter only. Please ensure you have collected and checked your printed items before leaving site as errors cannot be rectified later.
