We are committed to making the Pomvom’s web application accessible so that as many people as possible can use it. Our web application is designed to comply with the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level A and AA.
Scope: This accessibility statement applies to the Pomvom guest media web application (including all related pages and subdomains) that is owned and managed by Pomvom. This platform allows guests to view, purchase, and download their photos and videos.
Compliance Status
The Pomvom web application is currently partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. This means that while much of the site meets the required accessibility standards, some parts do not fully comply with certain criteria. The non-accessible content is listed below along with the relevant WCAG success criteria that are not yet satisfied:
- Forms and navigation: Some online forms or interactive elements are not fully accessible to screen reader users. This might include form fields without proper labels, or interface controls (like buttons or links) that are not announced clearly by assistive technology.
- External content: Our platform may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services (for example, payment gateways or partner sites). We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content on those external sites, as they are not under our control. However, we will encourage our partners to improve accessibility and provide alternatives when possible.
Note: The above list may not be exhaustive. As we continue testing, we will update our findings. Additionally, many downloadable files on our platform (if any, such as PDF receipts or documents) should meet accessibility standards. If a non-HTML document is not fully accessible, we will try to provide an accessible alternative or assistance upon request.
At this time, we do not claim any specific exemptions or “disproportionate burden” for the inaccessible content (apart from standard legal exemptions like third-party content beyond our control). We are dedicated to fixing as many issues as we can. If certain legacy features or content formats are exceptionally difficult to make accessible, we will note them here along with an explanation.
Reporting Accessibility Problems
We are always looking to improve the accessibility of our web application. If you encounter any accessibility issues that are not listed on this page or believe we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please let us know. You can report problems or request assistance by emailing CustomerSupport@pomvom.com. We will acknowledge your feedback and do our best to address the issue.
Enforcement Procedure (Complaints)
We hope to resolve any accessibility issues with our web application through the above feedback process. However, if you have reported an issue and you are not satisfied with our response or the outcome, you may be entitled to further action:
- United Kingdom: You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice and assistance. The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the accessibility regulations in the UK.
- European Union (e.g., Germany, France, Denmark, Spain): You can escalate your complaint to the relevant national authority responsible for enforcing the EU Web Accessibility Directive. For example, in Germany you may contact the Federal Government’s conciliation body under the Disability Equality Act (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz); in France you can contact the Défenseur des droits (French Defender of Rights) if you continue to face barriers accessing content. Other EU/EEA countries have similar enforcement agencies or ombudsman offices for accessibility. They can mediate or take further action to ensure compliance.
(Contact details for specific national enforcement bodies can typically be found on the respective government or authority websites. We can assist in directing you to the appropriate body if needed.)
How We Test Our Website
We test our application for compliance with WCAG 2.1 level A and AA using automated tools, manual reviews, and collaborating with third party suppliers.
