How do I request my data to be deleted?

To delete your gallery, simply head to the gallery menu using the three lines in the top left corner. You will see the option to ’Delete Your Account’. Once confirmed, your gallery will be cleared of media.

If you’re still on site and this method does not work, then please visit a photo retail counter and one of our staff members will help you.

If you have since left site and this method does not work, please submit a Contact Us form and our guest services team will investigate this further.

How do I remove media from my gallery?

If you need to remove a media from your gallery, simply select the media you wish you delete, choose ‘Not Mine’ or ‘Report’ and confirm. This will then delete the media out of your gallery.
