How do I purchase my media from my gallery?

Purchasing your media on imagic is easy! Simply click the basket icon in the bottom right-hand corner in your watermarked gallery and follow the purchasing instructions. Once payment is complete, your media will be cleared of watermarks and available to download and share!

If you’re still on site and this method does not work, then please visit a photo retail counter and one of our staff members will help you.

If you have since left site and this method does not work, please submit a Contact Us form and our guest services team will investigate this further.

I have a valid Merlin Annual Digipass but I am at a location with imagic - how do I get my media

If you have a valid Merlin Annual Digipass or Season Pass and the site you are visiting is now imagic, do not worry!

When you get to site, please visit one of our photo retail counters. Please show your valid Digipass to the photo retail team and they will provide you with access to your media via imagic and explain how to use the system.
