If you are still on site and find you are missing media from your account, please visit a photo retail counter and one of our staff members will help you.
If you have since left site and have found you are missing media, please submit a Contact Us form, confirming which rides or attractions you are missing media from and our guest services team will help add your media to your gallery.
Missing People – I invited my contact to add their media, but cannot see them in my gallery
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing media of people you have invited, first refresh the page as it may need to register the purchase.
If you’re still on site and this method does not work, then please visit a photo retail counter and one of our staff members will help you.
If you have since left site and this method does not work and you are still unable to see their media, please submit a Contact Us form and our guest services team will investigate this further.
Missing Media – I can’t see my media from previously visited sites
When a digital media is purchased, it is only stored for 90 days. This decision ensures your privacy is protected but that you have adequate time to download your media. If the 90 days have now passed, we are unable to recover your digital media. On your next visit please check all your media is available in your gallery as soon as possible (within 7 days of purchase) so our guest services team can help if you have further issues.
If your media are within the 90 days of your visit and you cannot see your media, please submit a Contact Us form, confirming which rides or attractions you are missing media from and our guest services team will help add your media to your gallery.
